This past weekend, I had the incredible opportunity to attend Camp Poosh 2025 in Palm Desert—an exclusive, invite-only event hosted by Kourtney Kardashian Barker’s lifestyle brand, Poosh. Timed perfectly with the first weekend of Coachella, this dreamy desert activation was a must-attend for influencers, creators, and wellness lovers alike.

A Modern Take on Summer Camp

Camp Poosh is a reimagined adult summer camp that blends wellness, nostalgia, and festival-ready experiences. Set against the scenic desert backdrop, the event featured immersive brand activations, glam zones, and unforgettable surprise moments—bringing together the ultimate Coachella-adjacent crowd for a curated wellness weekend.

The event was a haven for beauty and wellness enthusiasts. Kérastase offered exclusive hair styling sessions (which I took full advantage of!), ensuring guests were perfectly polished for the weekend. Vans hosted a customization station where attendees could create their own personalized sneakers—mine came out so cute! We also got to try goodies from Lemme, Drink Sprinter, and even experience the latest from Conair and Bondi Sands. Every detail was next-level.

One of the most unforgettable moments of the entire weekend was meeting and spending time with Heidi and Spencer Pratt, icons from Laguna Beach and The Hills. Not only were they incredibly warm and kind in person, but Heidi also performed live during the event—talk about a full-circle moment! Being around such nostalgic reality TV royalty added another layer of magic to the already surreal Camp Poosh experience.

Beyond the glam, Camp Poosh placed a huge focus on wellness. The FS8 Wellness Center offered reformer Pilates, tone, and yoga classes daily, which was the perfect way to stay grounded amid all the fun. They also had cold plunges , infrared sauna, and massages with Bio-Oil’s nourishing skincare.
