The Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships Returns November 7th for Its 15th Anniversary

One of Scottsdale’s biggest fall events is officially back.

The Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships returns to WestWorld of Scottsdale on Saturday, November 7, celebrating its 15th anniversary with a full day of polo, fashion, cars, live music, food, drinks and plenty happening both on and off the field.

What originally started as a polo event has grown into one of Scottsdale’s signature fall traditions, bringing together world-class polo with fashion, luxury cars, Arabian horses, rugby, DJs, wine and some of the Valley’s biggest social events all in one place.

Gates open at 10:30 a.m., and the day gets started immediately with the nationally ranked San Diego Old Aztecs taking on the Scottsdale Blues in the Rugby Opener.

At 11:30 a.m., Phoenix Fashion Week brings the World’s “Longest” Fashion Show to the field before the first polo match begins at noon with New Orleans Polo Club facing Arizona Polo Club.
From there, the schedule keeps going.

At 1:45 p.m., Lugari Pet Salon presents Canine Couture, a dog fashion show, followed by the featured polo match at 2 p.m. with defending champion England Select Polo Team taking on the Dark Horse Dallas All-Stars.

At 3 p.m., Nashville-based Moo Country debuts its brand-new Cowboy & Cowgirl Couture show, “How The West Is Worn,” followed by the Semper Fi Heating & Cooling Military Matchup featuring Army vs. Navy at 4 p.m.

Then at 4:30 p.m., the energy shifts into sunset mode with electronic music duo Phantoms performing on Walter Productions’ Kalliope, the massive mobile sound stage and art car known from Burning Man.

And that is only part of what’s happening throughout the day.

Guests can also expect hundreds of exotic, luxury and collector cars, Bentley displays on the field, Arabian horse appearances, the Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show Western Pleasure Competition, an exclusive Arizona wine tasting, the Million Dollar Mingle Bourbon & Cigar Sports Lounge, VIP lounges and the Inaugural Arizona State Acoustic Guitar Championship.

One of my favorite things about Polo is that there really isn’t one way to experience it. You can dress up, spend the afternoon with friends, move from polo to fashion to cars to music, stop for food and drinks and just make the day your own.

This year also brings several new experiences to celebrate the 15th anniversary, including Moo Country’s “How The West Is Worn,” the Western Pleasure Competition, the nationally ranked rugby opener, the sunset concert with Phantoms, the return of Riot House, Arizona Uncorked wine tasting and the first Arizona State Acoustic Guitar Championship.

The complete November 7 schedule includes:
10:30 a.m. — Gates open, followed by the Rugby Opener featuring San Diego Old Aztecs vs. Scottsdale Blues
11:30 a.m. — The World’s “Longest” Fashion Show, produced by Phoenix Fashion Week

1:45 p.m. — Canine Couture, presented by Lugari Pet Salon
2 p.m. — Match 2: England Select Polo Team vs. Dark Horse Dallas All-Stars

The event takes place at WestWorld of Scottsdale, 16601 N. Pima Road.

Tickets start at $50, with additional options available including Prime, Luxury Tent experiences by Bentley Scottsdale, Neiman Marcus, Barrett-Jackson and Maple & Ash, the Scottsdale Maserati Drivers & Players VIP Lounge, the Barrett-Jackson Champagne & Jazz Lounge, All Access passes and Sideline Parking packages.

And once the final polo match ends, the day still isn’t over. The Sunset After-Party continues with DJs as the sun goes down over WestWorld.

Fifteen years later, the Scottsdale Polo Party has become so much more than polo. It’s fashion, cars, music, food, friends and one of those quintessential Scottsdale fall days.

See you November 7. 💕
